PhlBoss11 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and PhlBoss11 ("PhlBoss11," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PhlBoss11 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at phlboss11.net.

Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses at PhlBoss11 carry a wagering requirement — meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) a set number of times before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or refunded do not count toward wagering requirements.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may fluctuate up until the time a bet is confirmed in your account's bet history.
• PhlBoss11 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets where there is evidence of error, technical fault, or manifest pricing mistakes.

• Engaging in aggressive, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward PhlBoss11 staff or other players through any communication channel.

PhlBoss11's total liability to any player in respect of any claim, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PhlBoss11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is subject to a regulatory order, court order, or law enforcement request.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of PhlBoss11's platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to verified Terms violations, PhlBoss11 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance in that account. The specific amount forfeited will reflect the nature of the violation and any funds derived directly from prohibited activity.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of PhlBoss11's services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PhlBoss11 operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is subject to oversight by the relevant Philippine regulatory bodies.

Any disputes between you and PhlBoss11 that cannot be resolved through PhlBoss11's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You agree to this jurisdiction by using PhlBoss11's services.

PhlBoss11 has an internal dispute resolution process accessible through the support team. All dispute submissions should include your account reference number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. PhlBoss11 commits to acknowledging all disputes within 24 hours and providing a final decision within 10 business days.

PhlBoss11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights as a player, PhlBoss11 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice through a platform notification or registered email address before the change takes effect.
